Because we serve fresh, made-to-order food, this policy works a little differently than a typical retail return policy. Here’s how we handle the most common situations.
Catering orders typically require a deposit to confirm your date; this deposit is non-refundable but may be credited toward a rescheduled event if you give us at least 7 days’ notice.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event may be charged in full, since ingredients are ordered and prepared in advance.
Standard table reservations do not require payment and can be changed or canceled by contacting the location directly. Large party or private event bookings may have their own deposit and cancellation terms, which we will confirm with you at the time of booking.
If we offer gift cards, they are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
Please let your server or the person taking your order know about any allergies or dietary restrictions. While we take care in our kitchen, we cannot guarantee any dish is completely free of allergens due to shared cooking and prep areas.
